Golden Blitz is the only time you can trade gold stickers in Monopoly GO. Miss one and you are back to hoping those stickers drop from packs, which is why players watch for the next one so closely.
This guide covers what is known about the next Golden Blitz, how the event works, how to trade gold stickers safely, and a table of recent Golden Blitz dates and stickers.
When is the next Golden Blitz?
Golden Blitz events follow the album cycle. They are uncommon in the first weeks of a new album, when most players have barely started their gold sets, and they become frequent in the last month, when players are trying to finish. In the previous Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes album, several Blitzes ran in September alone, right before the album closed on September 23.
That pattern fits what trackers report for Monster Mash: two Blitzes in the last ten days of October and one expected on November 2, with more likely in November before the album ends on November 25. We will update this page as soon as a date is confirmed. Until then, treat any site quoting an exact future date as a guess.
Golden Blitz schedule for the Monster Mash album
There is no official Golden Blitz schedule. What we can lay out is the album calendar and how Blitzes fell in the last album, which is the best guide to when the next ones will land.
| Period | What we know |
|---|---|
| September 23, 2026 | Monster Mash album starts. No Golden Blitz at the start of an album. |
| October 21 to 22, 2026 | First Blitz of the album reported by trackers (Bashful Monster, Fudged). |
| October 28 to 29, 2026 | Second Blitz reported (High Beams, Wall Flowers). |
| November 2 to 3, 2026 | Next Blitz reported, unconfirmed (Body Builder, How It's Done). |
| November 2026 to the 25th | Expect the most Blitzes here. The last album had five in its final five weeks. |
| November 25, 2026 | Album ends at 1 PM ET. Sets you have not finished by then no longer pay out. |
In the Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes album, Blitzes ran (per our table below and a community event schedule) on August 20, August 26, September 11, September 18 and September 22, the last one a day before the album closed. If Monster Mash follows the same shape, late October and November are the weeks to keep your duplicates ready.
How Golden Blitz works
Gold stickers are the rarest stickers in each album, and normally they cannot be sent to friends at all. Golden Blitz lifts that rule for two specific gold stickers.
| Rule | How it works |
|---|---|
| Stickers | Two specific gold stickers per event, shown in the event banner |
| Length | About 24 hours |
| Trade limit | Up to five trades during the event |
| Who can trade | Anyone on your friends list in the game |
| Other gold stickers | Still locked; only the two featured stickers can be traded |
Each album has its own set of gold stickers. Community guides count 30 gold stickers in the Monster Mash album, so most players will be missing at least a few by the end.
How to trade gold stickers during Golden Blitz
- Check the featured stickers. Open the Golden Blitz banner to see which two gold stickers are tradable this time.
- Confirm you have a duplicate. You can only send a copy you own. Keep one in your album and trade the extra.
- Add the trading partner as a friend. Trades only go to players on your in-game friends list.
- Send the sticker. Open the album, tap the gold sticker and choose to send it to your friend.
- Ask them to send theirs. Agree on who sends first before you start, and only trade with people you trust.
Golden Blitz tips
- Save duplicate gold stickers. A spare copy of a gold sticker has no use until a Blitz features it. Then it becomes your best trading chip.
- Line up partners early. Official Monopoly GO community groups and trusted friends are the easiest places to find someone who needs your duplicate.
- Watch the final weeks of the album. That is when Blitzes come most often. The current album ends on November 25, 2026, so November is the busy month.
- Use all five trades. Even if you do not need the featured stickers, helping friends complete sets makes them more likely to help you next time.
- Open packs during Sticker Boom. More stickers per pack means more chances at gold stickers and duplicates for the next Blitz.
- Keep rolling. Sticker packs come from events and tournaments, so a steady supply of dice helps. Grab our free Monopoly GO dice links and check the Monopoly GO events schedule for the best times to roll.
Monopoly GO Golden Blitz list: past dates (2026)
These are the recent Golden Blitz events we could confirm from more than one source. The two October 2026 rows come from community trackers (checked October 31) rather than a Scopely post. Dates are the day each event started. Earlier 2026 Blitzes ran too, but we only list those where the dates and stickers match across sources.
| Date | Gold stickers | Album |
|---|---|---|
| October 28, 2026 | High Beams (Set 16), Wall Flowers (Set 17) | Monster Mash |
| October 21, 2026 | Bashful Monster (Set 13), Fudged (Set 14) | Monster Mash |
| September 22, 2026 | With the Band (Set 20), Elmer Fudd (Set 21) | Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes |
| September 18, 2026 | Extraterrestrial (Set 19), Hector (Set 21) | Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes |
| August 26, 2026 | Family Portrait (Set 16), The Goods (Set 17) | Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes |
| August 20, 2026 | Honey, I'm Home (Set 13), Rudy Root (Set 14) | Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes |
One community schedule also lists Blitzes on July 9, 19, 22, 25 and 28 and September 11, 2026. We could not match the stickers for those across sources, so they are not in the table.
One community Golden Blitz schedule counts more than 30 Blitzes between January and September 2026, ranging from two to seven in a month. That works out to roughly one every week or so on average, but they bunch up near the end of each album.
FAQs
When is the next Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO?
Scopely has not announced a date, but community trackers report one for November 2 to 3, 2026 (Body Builder and How It's Done). Treat it as expected until it shows in the game. The Monster Mash album runs until November 25, 2026, and Blitzes become more frequent in an album's final weeks.
Is there an official Golden Blitz schedule?
No. Scopely does not publish a Golden Blitz schedule in advance. Trackers, including this page, estimate the next one from the album calendar and past Blitzes, then confirm it once it appears in the game.
Which stickers will be in the next Golden Blitz?
Trackers list Body Builder (Set 20) and How It's Done (Set 22) for the expected November 2 event, but this is unconfirmed. Each Blitz features two gold stickers from the current album, revealed in the event banner when it starts. The Monster Mash album has 30 gold stickers.
How long does Golden Blitz last?
Each Golden Blitz lasts about 24 hours.
How many gold stickers can I trade during Golden Blitz?
Two specific gold stickers are tradable in each event, and you can make up to five trades during it.
Can I trade gold stickers outside Golden Blitz?
No. Gold stickers are locked from trading at all other times, so a Blitz is the only way to send or receive one.
How often does Golden Blitz happen?
It varies. In 2026 there were between two and seven Blitzes a month (two so far in October), with fewer early in an album and more near its end.
How is Golden Blitz announced?
Scopely does not publish a schedule ahead of time. The event appears in the game's event calendar shortly before it starts, and fan trackers report it once it is live.
